Data Entry Clerk
At Green Market Intelligence, we are a 100% remote office and we welcome fully remote employees.
Green Market Intelligence ᐧ Anywhere/Remote ᐧ Full-Time
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in a remote capacity. A successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems and databases. This role requires exceptional accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage large volumes of information while adhering to deadlines.
This role will be ideal for candidates that:
· Gather and organize data from different sources and accurately input and update data in company databases and spreadsheets.
· Review, verify, and correct data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
· Prepare, sort, and organize documents for data entry.
· Conduct routine data quality checks.
· Maintain electronic files and ensure proper data organization.
· Handle confidential information with discretion in accordance with company policies.
· Respond promptly to internal requests for data updates and documentation.
· Provide general administrative support to the department as required.
Qualifications
· Completion of college‑level coursework (e.g., two+ years of undergraduate study) in a relevant field (Not required, but is a plus).
· Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or related roles.
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management software.
· Exceptional attention to detail and project management.
· Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
· Effective written and verbal communication skills.
· Reliable internet connection and ability to maintain a professional remote workspace.
· Open‑minded and receptive to new ideas, feedback, and new ways of working.
· Demonstrated eagerness to learn, being proactive about acquiring new skills and taking on challenges.
Salary Range
J$104,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

We’re hiring a Junior Forecasting Analyst to join our forecasting team at Green Market Intelligence, the leading provider of research focused on the tobacco, cannabis and CBD industries.
As a Junior Forecasting Analyst, you will help clients identify key trends in Green Market Intelligence's core research coverage areas: tobacco, cannabis & CBD sales, users, products, prices, taxes and media & marketing.
You will work directly with our forecasting team to develop Green Market Intelligence estimates and forecasts and provide our writing analysts with insights to help develop reports, articles, press releases, videos and other interactive content as needed.
This role will be ideal for candidates that are:
Comfortable using spreadsheets to organize and analyze data—basic formulas, sorting, and simple charts are a plus
Enjoys working with numbers and calculations, having coursework or experience in business, mathematics, research methods, or accounting preferred
Curious about consumer behavior and eager to learn more about the cannabis & CBD market through hands‑on data work
Able to turn raw numbers into clear, concise written or verbal updates for teammates and supervisors
Organized and detail‑oriented, with a knack for keeping tasks on track and making sure your work is accurate
Self‑starter who asks questions when unsure and follows through on projects with guidance from more senior team members
What You’ll Do:
Gather and organize data from different sources—such as sales figures, user counts, prices and marketing information—for our forecasts in tobacco, cannabis and CBD
Use spreadsheets to update existing models or build new ones under guidance (basic formulas, sorting and simple charts).
Turn your spreadsheet outputs into easy-to-follow insights and short summaries that tie back to our business goals
Keep an eye on industry news and trends in tobacco, cannabis, and CBD to spot what’s changing
Work alongside forecasting team members and analysts to learn how we identify valuable new areas to include in our forecasts
Share your work in brief presentations and written updates so the team stays informed
Qualifications:
Completion of college‑level coursework (e.g., two+ years of undergraduate study) in a relevant field
